Is well designed for tablet and pellet coating. The rotational speed, angle of inclination of pan, volume and temperature has been considered. The shape of the bowl is so designed that it gives improved cascade and tablet to travel along an almost identical path. This design helps in self mixing and the coated tablets to have geometric uniformity.

DescriptionIt consist of “U” shaped drum made up of SS316 material, containing mixing paddle type blades welded to the main shaft provide for efficient mixing of thick heavy material. sealing mechanism provided at shaft ends to prevents ingress of external powder into trough and prevents leakages. Top charging can be done through a hinge able lid & bottom discharge are provided with Butterfly valve of suitable diameter for regulated discharge..The drive consisting of suitable H.P TEFC 3 phase AC 415 V/50 Cycles motor coupled to suitable worm gear with driving shaft mounted on suitable Plummer block.

Filter housing chamber consist of filter bag unit, filter sealing and locking system ( this system is utilized for shaking the Filter bag with respect to the time setting)
This chamber prevents the product particles from exiting the machine tower.

In fully automation all the parameters monitoring and controlled through by PLC. And also all safety controls are included in the programming.
Controlling of blower speed, temperatures, pump rate, compressed air, and monitoring of differential pressures, solution pressures, etc all done through PLC.
No single operation is done through manually.
In semi-automation only temperatures and airflow will be controlled through PLC. Remaining all the parameters like monitoring and control of compressed(atomization) air pressure, solution pressure, and differential pressures are manually controlled and monitored.
