FLUIDE BED DRYER

Are most suitable for drying granular,crystaline,coarse or similar materials in pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, food &allied industries.

OPERATION

The wet material is introduced into the dryer, batch of material in product container which is provided with air distributor plate and Dutch mesh. Induced draft is created by the blower and fresh air is sucked into the unit. After filtration clean air passes through heating elements. This hot air then passes through the product container creating turbulence in the product and hence the product moves up & down in the product container. Due to this the heat transfer is quick and product is drier fast without appreciable loss of heat. Filter bags prevent particles escaping from dryer.

HEATING

Fluid bed drayers can be supplied in electrical heating, steam heating or hot water circulation system.

DRYING TIME

The drying time depends upon various factors such as physical properties of material, moisture content, type of moisture.

Generally pharmaceutical granules containing free moisture of about 20 to 25% can be easily drier in about 30 to 40 minutes at a temperature of about 80°c.

FBD is provided with explosion flap and pressure relief valve, in case of excess pressure is relived through the explosive vent located on the rear/top of unit.

ROTOCONE VACCUM DRYER

Description

Rotocone vacuum dryer is a new drier that integrates mixing and drying in the one body and equips with condenser and vacuum Pump.

Therefore the vacuum drier is formed(if the solvent does not recover, the condenser may be not used.) The drier is advanced in design, simple in inner structure, easy for cleaned, to discharge all raw materials,covenient in operation, lowing the strength of labor and improving work environment. VACCUM TRAY DRYERS

DESCRIPTION

Are suitable for drying of thermal sensitive materials easily resolved, polymerized or deteriorated under higher temperature. Sterilization can be conducted prior to the drying process, during witch no matter is allowed to enter the product. Static vacuum dryer eliminates the configuration damage of the drying materials, there for widely used in pharmaceutical, chemicals and foodstuff etc.

SALIENT FEATURES

4" dial vacuum and temperature gauge is provided on the suction line.
Temperature gauges are provided at inlet and outlet of water circulation.
Sight Windows, vacuum break valve and isolation valve are filled on the vacuum tray dryer.
Glass tube is fitted on the receiver to view the condensate level. Special type lock provided for easy tightening of the vacuum tray dryer.

Description

Are special designed for pharmaceutical, food, chemical, paint and textile industries. It is an electrically and thermostatically controlled hot air oven fitted with time switch to facilitate working day & night. OCTAGONAL/DOUBLECONE BLENDER

Are ideal for mixing of powder and homogeneous lubrication of granules. To enhance the mixing, baffles are provided on central shaft. Drive motor is connected to a gear box on M .S rigid stand.

MULTIMILL

Mutimill is widely used for wet and granulation, pulverization in pharmaceutical, chemicals etc. It operates on the principle of variable force swing beaters having both knife & impact edges rotating within a selected screen to get the required size reduction. Material fed in the hopper passes down to the processing chamber where it moves to the periphery and passes through the screen radially and tangentially .Finally the processed material gets collected in the container kept blow the processing chamber.

PULVERISER

Description

Pulveriser has been specially designed for wet & dry granulation, pulverisation or deportation of product or ingredients found in the pharmaceuticals, chemical and food industries. product kept in the hopper slides down to the enclosed chamber, where it is milled in between beaters and screen to the required mesh /micron size which can be collected at the bottom in the container. Quality and output depends on beater shape. Speed and screen size. knife edge beaters are used for coarse or large particles, impact or flat edge are used for finer particles.

Is well designed for tablet and pellet coating. The rotational speed, angle of inclination of pan, volume and temperature has been considered. Description

It consist of “U” shaped drum made up of SS316 material, containing mixing paddle type blades welded to the main shaft provide for efficient mixing of thick heavy material. sealing mechanism provided at shaft ends to prevents ingress of external powder into trough and prevents leakages. FILTER HOUSING CHAMBER/EXHAUST AIR UNIT

Filter housing chamber consist of filter bag unit, filter sealing and locking system ( this system is utilized for shaking the Filter bag with respect to the time setting)

This chamber prevents the product particles from exiting the machine tower.

Semi Automation
